Inaugural Retreat

We’re thrilled to be hosting our inaugural Oliver’s Offerings retreat this spring from May 9 – 11, 2025. This page will provide all the details you need to know about the retreat, including the schedule, activities, and the registration process as we finalize them. Location

This year’s retreat will be hosted at the beautiful August House, located at 494 King Street in Windsor, NS.

Date

The retreat will be held May 9 – 11, 2025. 

Pariticipants will arrive Friday afternoon and depart Sunday afternoon. 

Cost

There is no cost for participants to attend the retreat. The only responsibility is arranging transportation to the August House. If needed, we’re happy to assist in organizing transportation to ensure everyone can join us.

Rooms

Participants will stay in either single or shared rooms with a roommate. While the rooms do not have TVs, Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. During registration, you’ll be able to indicate your accommodation preference, and we’ll do our best to honor requests based on availability.

Menu

All meals and snacks will be provided throughout the retreat, offering a delicious and nutritious menu. 

The first meal will be Friday’s dinner, and the retreat will conclude with lunch on Sunday

Alcohol

Alcohol will not be permitted during the retreat to ensure that everyone remains fully present and focused on the activities. We want all participants to engage safely and mindfully throughout the weekend.

All non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Retreat Activities

We’ve carefully curated a balanced blend of activities to help you relax, reflect, and heal. Each session will be led by experienced facilitators, ensuring you receive expert guidance with care. While participation is voluntary, we highly encourage you to engage as much as possible to make the most of your experience.

Registration Process

Registration for the retreat will follow a first-come, first-served model for qualified participants. As part of the process, you will fill out a questionnaire to confirm that the retreat is the right fit for you. We are working to offer as many spots as possible, but if we have more qualified applicants than spaces, those who aren’t selected this time will be prioritized for future retreats.
